Our Injectables Foundations and Foundations Plus programs are the perfect place to begin. If you are a licensed medical provider of LPN or above, you are eligible for these programs. No prior experience is required! Get the most comprehensive injectables training in a small group setting, with an emphasis on hands-on application and injectable techniques with experienced and caring professionals.

Our Origin Story
Hi, I am Kathy Hodge Kramer RN, CEO and Co-Founder of PNAA. After almost 30 years in critical care and trauma, I really was looking for a new career path, something lighter and happier. Aesthetics seemed like the perfect fit. In 2011, the training options were limited, but I found a one-week course in AZ and signed up. My training was adequate, but just that, and after some effort I ultimately landed a job at a med spa. I was very excited, but terrified to actually “poke people in the face.” My training did not prepare me for real life as a Nurse Injector. I had a little knowledge but did not know how to apply it in a clinical environment. I had no idea how to formulate a treatment plan or create client loyalty.
In 2016, seeing a need for brand neutral foundational training that would prepare the learner for real world experience, PNAA was born. Our goal is to provide quality education, without product or brand bias, preparing the new injector for their first job or even creating their own business opportunity. Over the years, our program has been updated and adapted to be the most current, evidence-based training available today. Our team of instructors are all practicing clinicians, each with a record of accomplishment and success in the industry. I could not be prouder of what we have built here, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and skills with you.
